Fully Loaded Chli

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 12 oz bottle of beer
16 oz tomato sauce
16 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15 1/2 oz great northern beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tbls baking cocoa
2 tsp Louisiana style hot sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

In sauce pan cook beef, onion and pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. I also toss this into a crock pot for 3-5 hours, instead of cooking it on the stove.
