1 quart water
2 lbs lean hamburger
2 large chopped onions
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cumin
2 Tbls chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper or chili pepper
1 Tbls salt
1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tbls cider vinegar
1 6oz can tomato paste
3 large whole bay leaves
1 toe garlic
Crumble raw hamburger into water. Add all ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer 3 hours. Remove garlic toe and bay leaves.
