Hamburger Squash Casserole

1 lb. hamburger
1 tbls. worcestershire sauce
3 tbls. butter
3 c. yellow squash, sliced and then quartered
1/2 c chopped onions
1 tbls. sugar or Splenda
1-1/2 c. shredded cheese of your choice

Brown hamburger; drain and then add worcestershire sauce. Saute' squash and onion in another pan w/ butter; then add sugar/splenda. Mix the squash into the hamburger. Put half of the mixture into a 2 qt. casserole dish; top w/half of the cheese, then add remaining squash mixture and then top with the remainder of the cheese. *Bake 350 for about 10-15 min. or until cheese is melted.

For a quicker version, mix squash with hamburger in skillet, then top with cheese, and cover with a lid for a few minutes, until cheese is melted.

Honestly, I was surprised at how good this was. There's only a few ingredients and I didn't think it would so tasty! YUM-O, Mom!
