Spicy Beef with Couscous

1 Tbls oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbls curry powder
1 tsp garam masala spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 yellow squash, cut into chunks
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup couscous

Heat oil over medium high heat in large skillet. Add onions, garlic and giner and suate for 4-5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook till done. Stir in curry, garam masala and salt. Cook for 1 minute. Add squash and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth and peas; cook until slightly thickened. Stir in cilantro.

In small dish prepare couscous according to package directions. Serve beef mixture over couscous.
