4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbls ginger, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbls chopped cilantro
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbls lemon juice
4 (8 oz) tuna steaks
Mix all ingredients except tuna. Add tuna and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Heat pan to medium high and add 2 Tbls of marinade to pan. Add tuna steaks and cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare. Continue cooking until your steaks are cooked to your liking.
