Green Chili Beer Brisket

2 lg onions
2 lg green peppers
1 brisket, trimmed

1/3 c mustard
1/2 jar of jalepenos, diced
1 can beer
1/2 jar of green chili enchilada sauce
3 Tbls brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder

Place onions & peppers on bottom of pan. Top with meat. Mix remaining in bowl. Pour over meat. Cook at 200 for 5 hours.
