Stuffed Green Peppers

4 green peppers
1 lb hamburger
1/2 lb breakfast sausage
2 cloves garlic
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 Tbls worchestershire
1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
Velveeta cheese

Boil green pepers in salt water for 5 minutes. In sauce pan, brown hamburger, sausage and garlic. Drain any juices/grease. Add tomatoes and worchestershire and mix well. Add uncooked minute rice and mix thoroughly. Dice small pieces of velveeta cheese into mixture and let it melt a little.

Fill each pepper with mixture. Top with a slice of cheese on top.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
