1 lb Ground Beef (I doubled this recipe to make bigger burgers)
1 pkg (1-1/4oz) Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 Cup Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Hamburger buns, lightly toasted
Salsa
Avacado, thinly sliced
Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine the meat and seasoning mix. Shape into eight thin patties. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese. Spoom about 2 TB. of the cheese mixture onto the center of four patties. Top with the second patties, pich the edges, and reshape. Grill 7-9 minutes each side or until cooked through (160*) Top the burgers with the salsa and avacado slices.
