Beef Enchiladas with Homeade Sauce

MEAT MIXTURE
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
2 tb. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tb. chili powder
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. cumin
1-(14 oz) can of chopped tomatoes

Brown beef and onion, drain. Add flour and seasonings, mix well. Stir
in tomatoes, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 min.

SAUCE
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 c. marg.
1/2 c. flour
1 can beef broth
1 (15 oz) tomato sauce
1-2 tb. chili powder
1-2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp sage
In another pan sauté garlic in butter, till tender. Stir in flour
until blended. Gradually add broth, bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 min. or until bubbly. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings, heat through.

Tortilla shells

Pour about 1 & 1/2 c. sauce into pan. Fill shells w/meat mixture and then top with cheese. Roll and put fold side down in pan. Top w/ remaining sauce and cheese Cover and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Take foil off of the pan the last 5 minutes
