1 tbsp. butter
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 medium green onions, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
Generous dash cayenne pepper
hot cooked rice
paprika
Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add celery, green onions and green pepper and cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. Serve over rice. Sprinkle w/ paprika. 4 servings.
