Chocolate Fondue

This is quick, easy and YUMMY!

1 cup of heavy cream
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla

Either make in a traditional fondue pot or... place ingredients into crockpot.  
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.  
Stir very well.  
Cook 1 more hour on low.  
Get your favorite morsels for dipping and enjoy!
