Banana Split Cake

| Print | E-mail

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
4-5 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapples
1 large cool whip
2 cups chopped nuts
Chocolate syrup
Maraschino cherries

Mix cracker crumbs and 1.5 sticks melted margarine. Place in 9x13 pan, spread to make a crust. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Beat 1.5 sticks margarine with powdered sugar and eggs for 15 minutes. Spread on crust for first layer. Next layer bananas, then pineapple and then a layer of cool whip.

Sprinkle with nuts, drizzle chocolate over it and place cherries on top.

Refrigerate. This is oh so good - what a sweet refreshing treat in the summer. We grew up always having this during the summer.
