Norwegian Coffee Cake

1 1/2 c flour
1 c of sugar
1 tsp cinamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c melted butter
1 egg
Milk
Topping:
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c sugar
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Please egg in 1 cup measure, then add butter. Fill to 1 cup with milk. Combine with dry ingredients.
Place in 9 inch pie pan. Cover with topping.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
