Christmas 2009
Written by Kimberly Hartwell

Our Christmas season was wonderful this year. December was actually a slow month for us and we so enjoyed it! We celebrated Advent daily with different readings, songs, lighting of candles, and time together as family. We had wonderful friends come over for Christmas Eve - went to our church service, then had a big meal, then sat by the fire and hung out. Christmas Day we spent as just the four of us and had a nice relaxing day. That evening and the next evening (Jay's birthday) we got together with some friends to play Catan. And then my parents came to town December 30 - and we had a lttle time to open up some gifts with the kids.

Hi Kimberly, Jay and boys! Joan and I were looking at all the adorable pictures last night and just wanted to say Hi! When it was Jake's birthday I thought about Joanah and his big day, hope he had a great first birthday! He looked cute in the monkey costume! We have plans to head out to the mountain home in March! Hope we can all get together for the boys to play! Take Care, Kelly, Brandon & Jake

So good to hear from you. I enjoy seeing the pictures of Jake and how much they change! Tell everyone there Hi for us.

When are you all coming out in March? And you leave on Satuday for your trip down south right?

You all take care - hopefully we'll see you when you're out here.

What can I say? We love our children! Here are some photos of our family - or should I say, of Noah at this point, but more photos will come with our next child. Who needs to see more pictures of us - we're just the parents!

MINISTRY

There are so many incredible ministries out there doing amazing things to help those in need. These are just a few of the ones - locally, nationally and internationally that we have personally connected with in one way or other.

BLOG

Just some thoughts from a blessed stay-at-home mom - who loves her boys - all 3 of them!

And occasionally a Devo (devotional) from Jay.

TRAVEL

Our travel section is a growing collection of our travels, photos and stories. We both have a love for exploring this world and learning about many different cultures, and are excited to see more and share this love with our children.
